Reservations are required. Please contact us to discuss available Hunting dates, and to receive a Farrell Ranch Hunting Agreement for your review.

Special discounted pricing on corporate, multiple hunter or hunts with guide service only (see Whitetail Packages) are available. Call us to discuss what you want so we can put together a great hunting package just for you.

A non-refundable Hunting Booking Deposit, consisting of the total of the appropriate Daily Fees per hunter / non-hunting observer, is required to book a hunt. Booking Deposits shall not be refunded for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Only one non-hunting observer is allowed per hunter (when available and with prior approval).

The Trophy or Harvest Fees are due and payable in full 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled hunt date. The entire Hunt Agreement shall be cancelled with no Booking Deposits refunded if the Trophy or Harvest Fees are not received within this specified time period.

We will hold verbal Texas Hunting bookings for no more than 10 calendar days without receipt of a Booking Deposit and signed Farrell Ranch Hunting Agreement from the hunter. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the Booking Deposit and the signed Farrell Ranch Hunting Agreement. All Texas whitetail deer or exotic game hunts are booked in order of date deposit/agreement is received.

A refund of any Prepaid Trophy or Harvest Fees shall be made to the hunter only if:

• The hunter fails to arrive for the scheduled Exotic hunt
• The hunter is unsuccessful in harvesting the Whitetail deer or exotic animal(s) as specified in the Hunting Agreement (NO HARVEST NO PAY).

U. S. currency in the form of cash, personal or business checks, debit/credit card or electronic transfer (Apple Pay/Pay-Pal) are accepted for Exotic Booking Deposits and prepaid Exotic Trophy Fees.

Any and all fees incurred after arrival at the Ranch shall be paid in full prior to leaving the premises and shall be payable in U. S. Currency in the form of cash, debit/credit card or electronic transfer (Apple Pay/Pay-Pal) only. No personal or business checks will be accepted after arrival at the Ranch.

All prices show include cash or check discount from standard pricing.

CREDIT CARD or ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS
3% convenience fee will apply for all transactions made with credit cards or through electronic transfers.

TIPS & GRATUITY
10-20% is customary in the Texas hunting industry. If you don’t receive the highest level of expected attention, feel free to reflect that discrepancy in your tip given.
